Very grateful to the Parravan Windsor team in the very professional job they did in servicing my Austrack Tanami X15 recently. They also fixed a couple of warranty jobs, and installed a Carafan positive air pressuriser unit. This installation was really well executed from the location of the unit through to clean up. The interior of the van was spotless even after a 300mm square hole was cut in the vans roof. We purchased our Atlantic Endeavour caravan from Parravans Caravan World through Dave Wise in November 2018 and since then have travelled over 15,000 kms on many and varied road surfaces through VIC, NSW and QLD. During the purchase process Dave was a thorough gentleman making sure that he involved both my wife and myself in all processes. No effort was spared to research different inquiries and provide advice in a very timely manner. During our recent travels I required various "tech info" and from this area Wes Ryan from the work shop was again exceptionally obliging without any hesitation in follow-up and reply; this even included telephone calls fro the top of Cape York Our Endeavour "Bush Pack" caravan travelled exceptionally well over bitumen and some of the extreme corrugated roads that the trip to "The Tip" could offer. I have great admiration for the van and also for the team at Parravans Caravan World Windsor. I had previously purchased a Millard pop top from Parravans and over the 14 years of ownership, and my dealings with Steve and his team at Parravans, I can only say that they are a most professional team where focus is definitely on the customer.
